3.The bank reserves the right to reject any or all offers, to waive any formality found therein to accept the proposals which in its judgment are advantageous to the bank.
4.Price is net of all expenses (ex. CGT, DST, Transfer Tax & other expenses related to the transfer of title to the Buyer.
